Lovely non smoking detached house situated just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of La Mata. The house has next to the living room a separate dining room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. In addition, there is an electric and a gas heater for the colder evenings in the winter months. The television receives a large amount of channels and there is an internet connection.

The garden is closed and here you find a nice terrace and a private parking space under the carport. Above the house you find a spacious roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine all day long.

The house is equipped for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.

Rental price: € 500 / month + water, electricity and internet expenses. Price valid for minimum 2 months rental. This price is not valid for the months July and August.
