Fantastic modern apartment located right next to the famous Nagomi Spa in the upmarket area of El Higueron. El Higueron is a very popular area due to its proximity to Malaga Airport (less than 20 minutes' drive away), the Beach - 10 minutes' drive, and within a short drive of Benalmadena Costa with is Marina, the coastal resort of Fuengirola and Marbella. There is a nearby parade of shops with a supermarket, cafés and bars.

The apartment itself has a spacious, comfortably furnished lounge with dining table, flat screen television and patio doors leading out onto two terraces, both covered.

The Master Bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with full bath facilities. It has a patio door leading out onto a second covered terrace.

There are two other double bedrooms with twin beds. These bedrooms share a second family bathroom with walk in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning and there is parquet flooring throughout.

One of the terraces is set up for sunbathing and enjoys views over the pool area of the nearby Nagomi Spa, while the second has comfortable rattan chairs and table.

The apartment has an allocated parking space in the underground parking area.

The facilities of the apartment are excellent as there are two swimming pools set in gardens and sunbathing areas.
