The complex is located only 4 kilometers from the beach and a beautiful "Ocean Walk" where you can walk and enjoy the view over the Mediterranean Sea for hours. Directly behind the property there is a nice shopping center with an Andalusian square (Villamartin Plaza) where many terraces, restaurants and bars are located. The Villamartin Golf Club is located a few hundred meters away and the bus stops almost outside the door.

Middle season (Apr, May, Jun, Sept, Oct): € 380 / week

High season (Jul, Aug): € 550 / week

Price includes 70 kWh electricity, above that an extra charge is applicable of € 0,20 / kWh.
