The villa is in a prime position on the 5* Mar Menor Golf resort and overlooks the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course at the 3rd tee. The villa is south facing with sun on the terrace for most of the day. It is a short walk (3 mins) to the social centre and 5* Hotel, where you will find a bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a gym and tennis court for residents use. The hotel also has many more facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, gym and superb espa spa which are available for use and charged locally.
