Located at Ladera del Mar, high above the Mediterranean, the villa is just a short drive to Nerja town centre with it´s charming narrow streets, award winning beaches & an abundance of good quality bars & restaurants.

Accommodation comprises; On the entrance level, hall, guest washroom, large lounge/dining room with feature fireplace & luxury fitted kitchen (dishwasher, full oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer). Access to the dining terrace via patio doors from both the kitchen & lounge. And of course..... spectacular views.

Downstairs to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room & walk in wardrobe. 2 further bedrooms with twin beds & built in wardrobes. All bedrooms are air conditioned & have patio door access to the sun terrace. There is a further family shower room.

On the lower level you will find the spacious ´chill out´ lounge which doubles as the 4th bedroom with twin beds.
There is also a TV & pool table.
Should you require extra capacity for 2 additional people, there are 2 sofa beds that can be used at a supplement of 100 euros each per week.
Patio doors provide direct access to the BBQ terrace & private swimming pool.

There are sun loungers for relaxing & terrace furniture for ´al fresco´ dining.

Private secure parking for at least 4 cars.
