THIS VILLA CAN SLEEP UP TO 8 PEOPLE (6 ADULTS 2 CHILDREN MAX) NOT 8 ADULTS.
This villa was a 3 bedrooms now its 4 bedrooms. Please note that inside it has only sofas to sit 6. The dining area also seats 6 people.

But in the summer months most people will be outside when eating etc.
Please note the 4th bedroom is a fold down sofa.
aircon in lounge - all bedrooms with ceiling fans.

La Marina BEACH is a 7 minute car drive away and there is a regular bus service JULY AND AUG.. The beach has soft white sand and is backed by a pine forest offering plenty of shade. It has several beach bars open during the summer and there is also a restaurant, where you can dine overlooking the Mediterranean and the isle of Tabarca, said to be frequented by pirates in ancient times! SUNBEDS are available for hire and CAR PARKING is FREE. Costa Blanca beaches have a good record, with over 30 of them having been awarded EU 2 BLUE FLAG standards for cleanliness, safety and amenities........................................

GOLF AND CAR HIRE
For golf lovers, the closest 18 hole course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. There are numerous championship golf courses in the area, much too many to mention. The famous golf courses at La Manga are less than an hour away.
Apart from the natural beaches there are stunning walks and scenery all along the coastline particularly Santa Pola Salt lakes where you see the pink flamingoes and Guardarmar where you can walk from town through the planted sand dunes down to the marina.

If you are hiring a car from the Airport we will arrange to meet you at an Agreed Meeting Place and we will take you to your Holiday Villa.

If you are not hiring a car, we can collect you from the Airport and take you to your Holiday Home.

We will be able to tell you where the local attractions are and places of interests to make your holiday an enjoyable one. We will ensure that you are safely settled in to your Holiday home.
