'La Casa Pueblo' is superbly located, being one of the closest properties on this urbanisation to the communal pool with its excellent sunbathing terraces and sea views. Nuevo Pueblo is at the edge of Mijas village with restaurants closeby and within 10 minutes' walk of the centre of this quaint village with its cobbled streets.

The property itself has on the ground floor 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed plus bunk beds, sleeping 4 in one room (perfect for families with children). There is a second full bathroom on this floor (both bathrooms have walk-in shower cubicles).

Upstairs you will find the spacious lounge with sea and mountain views. The television receives SKY free to air channels, and there is a DVD player, radio/cassette and MP3 Player. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a dining table seating 6.

Outside there is a very private patio area with table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrella and BBQ.

Please note that there are a number of steps leading to the house from street level, so the property is not considered suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The owners will accept winter rentals of up to 4 months.
