This beautiful 4/5 bedroom country house built to a quality construction with insulation and double glazed windows throughout, offers living all on one level, just one room up stairs a mezzanine room that offers you extra space to be used as an office, music room, library, extra bedroom this has patio doors that leads to one terrace overlooking the pool and then the roof terrace which offers stunning sea, valley and mountain views. A great place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the views.

On the main living area is the spacious country style kitchen with a granite covered table and surfaces. This connects to the dining room with beautiful feature wood-burner. The entrance hall separates the dinning area and the large living room with the feature mezzanine floor above. There is a display cabinet, bar with display cabinet and then a free standing wood burner as a feature at the end of the living room of 40m2. There is access through patio doors to the large glazed porch which has multiply patio windows to the wrap around terraces which offer a lovely dinning and relaxing shady area for the summer.

All on the same level are 4 bedrooms three with fitted wardrobe and 1 full bathrooms, a cloakroom, the master bedroom with en-suite wet room.

The country house is entered by a large electric gate on to a large area with a roundabout for easy entrance and exit and a double car port .There is a lawned area with feature 250 year old Olive tree, Monkey tree and Jacaranda tree. You enter the property through a arched door into the entrance hall which leads to three rooms so is a lovely central entrance.

There is a constructed storage room 16m2, which offers other uses if required, there is an outside shower next to outside toilet and changing room. On the large terrace area is a hand-built pergola covering the top of the range hotspring jacuzzi .

The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, mediterranean plants and lawned in some areas all surrounding the 10 x 5m2 pool with roman side step large terrace that wraps around the property has been covered by a pergoda that has a vine that grows over to offer great summer shade as this is a very sunny property all year round. There are two awnings that also can be fixed in place to offer more shade. The property has both mains water and agriculture water shares that allow a cheap supply of water for the garden. These shares come with the property.

This country house is just a 10-minute drive from the beaches and 15 minutes town of Denia, and 1 km from Beniarbeig and Pedreguer. Alicante and Valencia airports are an hour's drive away, while Calpe and Benidorm with its water parks and theme parks, including Terra Mitica and Terra Natura, are a 30-minute drive away. The nearest golf is just La Sella is just 10mins drive and Oliva Nova 15mins drive.

Within a 5 minute drive along the N332 you will find the modern shopping centre ‘Portal La Marina’ which has a wide range of shops, a cinema and restaurants and various tapas bars etc Parking is free.

La maison était très propre, le linge de maison disponible en quantité largement suffisante.

Le superbe jardin ombragé sans vis à vis très bien entretenu avec sa piscine est idéal pour vivre à l'extérieur.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et de bons conseils.

Petit plus, la terrasse sur le toit qui donne un point de vue à 360° sur les alentours et un point d'observation pour les nombreux feux d'artifice de la région.
